FAQ

Good to know.

Is there electricity in the tents?

Each stay has solar-powered lanterns and a USB charging point. There are no wall sockets — hair dryers can be used in the bathhouse.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, in the Orion and Meadow bell tents, Pine Hollow Cabin and the Lakeshore Safari Tent. There’s a $25 fee per stay.

What if it’s cloudy?

We’ll move your telescope session to the next clear night, or refund it. Cloudy nights mean extra-long campfire stories.

Is there phone signal?

Patchy at the tents, reliable at the lodge. Wi-Fi is available in the lodge lounge only — by design.

Are you open in winter?

The cabins, the Lyra Dome and the Airstream stay open all year. Bell and safari tents close from November to March.
